簡介
黑殿排骨飯於1971年設立至今已有50餘年,創辦人為許文苑。現在的「黑店」是由第二代及第三代共同經營,並進行轉型。「一種信賴與記憶的味道」就是「黑店」最大的特色,不僅陪伴老、中、青三代共同成長,並吸引名人前來品嚐及媒體報導。市場上有仿效「淡水黑店」四字之商家,常有令顧客混淆之虞,據此註冊「黑殿飯店」之商標以玆區別。目前「黑殿飯店」僅於淡水設立創始店及右岸店兩家。黑殿排骨飯的風格是眷村的懷舊排骨飯,老闆憑著一身炸排骨手藝,令排骨飯上面那塊份量足夠的大排骨之古早風味遠近馳名,《近在咫尺》電影劇組人員曾三不五時就來這裡叫便當。「黑殿」的排骨飯除了美味大排骨,米飯也煮得特別Q軟好吃有彈性,搭配著酸菜和肉醬豆干,把五、六十年代的排骨飯味道都保留了下來。
店名的由來,並不是這家店會坑人而叫黑殿(店),而是因原本的店面小小黑黑的,故名為「黑殿(店)排骨飯」,而這樣的說法則被附近的學生們戲稱流傳至今。
