Introduction
Japanese-style dormitories of Bank of Taiwan in Tamsui were built in 1935. Because of its Japanese and Western styles, they were designated as a city historical site on August 3, 2011. Now the dormitories are over 70 years old.
The dormitories are spacious and bright and were used to accommodated senior bankers.
The structure of the dormitories retains their appearance from that time. The dormitories with their Japanese style are very rarely seen in Tamsui nowadays.
