淡江願景牆

簡介[編輯]

淡江願景牆是淡江大學於70周年校慶時(2020/11/07)揭幕，由校友林舜龍所作的景觀設計，位於守謙國際會議中心的同舟廣場內側牆上。
其以「漫遊未來」為名，有240公分直徑鋼鍛凸凹透鏡設置兩旁，各連結3面圓鏡，正中間則是校園原生胚胎種子，並於下方設有校園原生樹枝。
中間金屬盤的種子旁寫有中英雙語的創作理念及詳細資訊，兩邊的六面鏡子可以左右擺動，折射出的不同景象代表多樣的可能性。
樹枝上提有金屬銘文「The future is not just happening but it is made and there are choices. - Markes Schulz」
林舜龍同時以「未來是變動中的進行式」表達創作理念，凸凹兩鏡代表淡江的未來及過去，種子有培育之意，希望以明鏡寄望學生精進課業，邁向未來。

漫遊未來 — 大家一起來．做未來
Roaming to the Future — Together Creating Our Desired Futures

淡江大學「未來化」的教育理念，指出大學不只順應當下社會變遷發展，還強調永續性與作育人才的
社會責任，追求可欲未來願景，引領社會創造我們共廷想望的未來—the future we want。

願景牆作為一公共藝術空間，以凹凸透鏡分置左右。凹透鏡像呈現周遭環境之吸納，七十載之淡江人文薈萃；
凸鏡呈現擴散，前瞻未來。在忽明忽暗背光下，襯托出生命般呼吸運動與永續。兩鏡間水平羅列七只圓盤，可隨旋轉
產師不同鏡像物，折射出不同可能性。吸納與發光，不僅是虛實鏡像變化，也呈現未來是變動的，訴說著淡江人願景，
也是你我共同願景—未來是公共的，也是被做成的，我們一起做未來。

The future-oriented education of Tamkang University relies on its strengths, which is built upon by adapting to social changes and
strengthening its sustainable development and the cultivation of innovative talents—an idea to lead a desirable future for the society.
The Wall of Wishes is a public artwork with two big metal-made mirrors and 7 small ones.By using concave-convex mirrors, the
artwork wishes to show a picture of change for a world in constant motion. The seven small round mirrors, which are swingable,
symbolize diverse and alternative possibilities in the future. Light and motion give the artwork not only different visual impacts
but also use it represents the future in a dynamic way. The artwork embraces the stories of Tamkang people and is designed
to deliver the message that together we can create the future.
